1.75 years from the first time I made contact until closing on the right house. Cynthia Williams was an ideal fit for us. A consummate professional, her deep knowledge of the city, real estate pricing and guidance was critical in our decision-making process. We started with a vision of where we'd like to live and fine-tuned our expectations from there. This was more than a transactional relationship. She revealed the character of the city, was always available to assist us and spent several days traipsing us around the entire valley. When we found the right home, Cynthia walked us through the entire buying process, assisted with finding reputable inspection services and and even arranging for repair estimates as needed. I was weary of Las Vegas and going back to NYC not affordable. My husband agreed so she sent us some houses to view on line and then we made a trip to look at them.
